TRMAR is a B2B platform that facilitates commercial interactions between businesses. TRMAR is not a direct party to any product sales conducted through the platform. Therefore, cancellation, return, exchange, delivery, payment, warranty, and refund responsibilities lie solely with the buyer and seller companies.


🔹 1. TRMAR’s Role

• TRMAR provides an online environment where businesses can connect and trade.
• All aspects of a transaction, including pricing, delivery, product quality, warranty, and payment, are managed directly between users.
• TRMAR does not act as a mediator, guarantor, or party responsible for resolving transactional disputes.


🔹 2. Order Cancellations

• All order cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the seller company.
• Each seller determines its own cancellation terms and conditions.
• TRMAR has no obligation to process or enforce cancellation requests.


🔹 3. Returns and Exchanges

• Return and exchange procedures are governed by the seller’s commercial policies.
• Claims related to missing, damaged, defective, or non-compliant products must be handled between the buyer and the seller.
• TRMAR carries no financial liability regarding refunds, replacements, or compensation.

If commercial disputes arise:
• The parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication
• If not resolved, legal action may be pursued through competent authorities
• TRMAR may assist only by sharing relevant information when legally required, but is not involved in the decision-making process


🔹 5. Reporting Misuse to TRMAR

To maintain a secure business environment, users may notify TRMAR if they detect:

• Fraudulent activity
• Malicious intent
• Policy violations
